Also, realize the next time I come back to Arlanda will be when I'm heading home... It's only been about 3 months and I still have 1.5 months left but when the train left T-centrale, I still felt a tinge of sadness and reluctance (maybe just loneliness actually. Lol)..
Anyway, taking Ethiopian Air and the process was quite unique (probably cos it's a non-EU carrier?) Firstly, right from the start, why did an African airline fly between Stockholm and Vienna?! Then when I reached the airport and checked the screen there were two names written on my flight. Then upon passing the security check I had to go through the gate for international travel (usually within EU don't need this extra check), my residence permit got checked (first time, lucky I brought it along! And had some problem both at the check in gate and the international gate cos I didn't really have a visa, just a residence permit) and I even got a new Schengen visa (they decided to give me an extension haha). Now sitting at the boarding gate I see a lot of African, and I'm beginning to think if it's because my flight's gonna stopover at Vienna (to drop me off, yeah) and then continue to somewhere in Ethiopia... If that is so, all these would have added up pretty nicely to make a compelling and legit story, isn't it?

But yea, getting out of the zone that's outside my comfort zone now, byebye for the time being!
