Today's the emergency! Life is moving on so fast everything in the past few months seems to be a blur, but what's more blurry is the days to come. Everything is just gonna be moving even faster with work, papers, tuition, university and scholarship commitments; not forgetting friends and loved ones. Hectic life, I foresee. Not gonna be easy but I'm still looking forward to it so much! I have never really imagined myself at this stage of my life... Isn't it amazing how we've already gone through so much and am moving towards adulthood? We always try so hard to grow up, and when we do, we wish we can trade our maturity for some childishness. Still, life goes on and we just have to plan our next steps ahead. If you're lucky, everything will just fall in place nicely; tough luck if you meet with some obstacles, but not matter what, congrats, you lived! Oh, I meant you "existed"! Start living your life, living the moment, for the simple reason of the fact that we don't have much more 20-year to go and this is our prime! Did I mention that my first 20-year is ending in a month's time?

Hunger Game

The movie was really pretty awesome and I'll definitely watch the sequels (without Ms Awesome/Awkward anymore since she don't like all these "rahrah" shows...)

I haven't read the book so I'm not sure how things are gonna be in the end but I really hate how things turn out in the romance element in the first movie ("what about your boyfriend?!" like the question I always wanna ask. American Pie

So the story goes like this:

Andy, Darren, Rubin and I decided to have some broke back session with a midnight movie of American Pie. Supper after at Thomson left us pretty much aimless so we head down to Orchard to pick up Mr Wild Wong. On our way back, I got my first road block in less than 2 months from getting my license; and probably because Alvin looked too drunk, Darren too shagged out and the rest maybe just too badass, we were told to pull over. And like criminals, we were told to get out of the car... Naise.

What's really nice is that one of the police was Darren's friend! And what's even nicer is the fact that we were still joking with Ken about how next time we get police stop he'll be telling the duty officer that we're all "Red" from HQ. It would have been nicer if Ken is really the one back at Cantonment that's checking on us. Lol. Joke.

Having seen time took away people who were important to me, I fully understand how fragile life is, and that there is really no time to regret what has been left undone. I hold a strong belief that the main purpose in life is to experience what the world has to offer and to live every moment, and not merely exist. Initially wanted to submit a separate application for their USP program but apparently it's meant to be applied together so I can't get their USP anymore. Anyway, they require a teacher appraisal, and I really feel bad looking for all the teachers only when I need a favour from them, so seems like I'll just forget about this whole thing. Hopefully I get the other scholarships then!

It's a sign, I should just accept whatever NUS is gonna offer me;
I am spending too much effort on my back up.
