Initially wanted to submit a separate application for their USP program but apparently it's meant to be applied together so I can't get their USP anymore. Anyway, they require a teacher appraisal, and I really feel bad looking for all the teachers only when I need a favour from them, so seems like I'll just forget about this whole thing. Hopefully I get the other scholarships then!
It's a sign, I should just accept whatever NUS is gonna offer me;
