IHG is finally coming to an end.
It's almost 3 in the morning and the soccer guys are still high on alcohol celebrating their victory over our arch rival.
Job well done, congrats! And I really feel the team spirit in them.
I won't say the same for our Basketball team. Even if we did win anything, it won't be the same...
That said, I really wanted so much to play in the Finals.
Nobody have to know this, but I was really sad watching the two finals today
Watching my ex-teammates fighting their lungs out for the champion trophy
Watching the girls team enjoying themselves in the game.
I really wanted so much to change my shirt and join them...
We've trained so hard for so long.
Though we weren't really disappointed with the results,
something is just missing...
Next year will be a better year, definitely.
Fuck the responsibilities as a captain,
fuck the need to earn points for the hall;
I just wanna play the game I love for so many years.
Even if I'm not good enough for it,
Even if we don't meet expectations,
I just wanna play the game for myself, for once.
